Kahlua Mousse

2 cups Heavy whipping cream
2 tsp Instant coffee crystals
1/3 cup Powered sugar
1 cup Chocolate chips
1/2 cup Hot coffee
1 TBS Kahula

Whip first set of ingredients till set - not stiff. In processor - pulverize chips - add hot coffee and blend. Add Kahlua. Pour chocolate mixture into cream - reserve 2TBS to decorate. Fold mixture together gently but thoroughly. Spoon into glasses or bowls - decorate. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Can be frozen.
