Kahlua Mousse
|
2 cups | Heavy whipping cream |
2 tsp | Instant coffee crystals |
1/3 cup | Powered sugar |
1 cup | Chocolate chips |
1/2 cup | Hot coffee |
1 TBS | Kahula |
Whip first set of ingredients till set - not stiff. In processor - pulverize chips - add hot coffee and blend. Add Kahlua. Pour chocolate mixture into cream - reserve 2TBS to decorate. Fold mixture together gently but thoroughly. Spoon into glasses or bowls - decorate. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Can be frozen. |
