Place the chicken breasts in K6MAY's "Jerk" Marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least
one hour (better if marinaded overnight). Preheat an outdoor grill until the coals are hot. Remove
chicken from the marinade and grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. While grilling,
baste with the marinade, but be careful - the high oil content of the sauce will cause the coals to
flame up. This makes the meat taste wonderful, as it sears in the flavors of the marinade, but do not
overblacken.
