Strawberries with Raspberry Sauce

2 10 oz boxes frozen raspberries, thawed
1 TBS kirsch or framboise (raspberry brandy)
2 baskets strawberries, hulled, dried and chilled
K6MAY's Cream Fresh (garnish)
Fresh mint sprigs (garnish)

Puree raspberries and sieve to remove seeds. Add kirsch, stirring well. Place berries in chilled individual dessert dishes. Cover berries with puree and garnish each serving with a dollop of cream fresh and sprigs of fresh mint.
